1991 camaro z28. ran strong and fast. the car would run strong and good then emediately not wont to run over 2500- 3000 rpm. in neautral it would rev 5 6k easy. but under a load was when it would fall on its face. a lil wile later it would run normal. it would only happen rarely. but one day it gave up and the problem was permanent then wouldnt want to run any faster than 30-40 mph. even in neutral the car doesnt want to accelerate over 3k. i changed fuel pump, tps sensor, map sensor, fuel pump relay and fuse, spark plug and wires, distributer and module. same problem occures. car is stock tpi with gutted cat and flow master. timing is at 6-8 degrees.
