Friday, August 29th: LVCFO Group Meet / Car Wash: We will meet at the Hot Rod Grille at 8:30PM to greet the out of towers, which include Westbound and the other California crews, Utah, and Arizona. *Map: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=hot+ro...i=lmd&z=14&t=m
Saturday, August 30th 8AM: Dyno Day : The Dyno will be at Mild to Wild Motor sports 5115 Dean Martin Dr., Las Vegas NV 89118. The first 10 Participants will meet up at the Palace Station Hotel Casino at 6:30am and roll out at 7:30am Sharp. The remaining participants can meet up at 7:30am and your group will roll out at 8:30am Sharp.
**Dyno 3 pulls a/f $60.00 – Food and Beverages will be provided**
Saturday, August 30: Immediately following the dyno we will head over to Pole Position for some indoor cart racing to cool off and have some fun. There will be one heat for each group and then a final race to prove your skills and compete with others all while in an Air Conditioned building!
Sunday, August 31st: Cruise, BBQ & Car Show: The Car Cruise will be up to Mt. Charleston, where the weather is much cooler. 80deg! We have a private parking lot reserved for us, where we can have our Car Show! And its a short walk over to the BBQ.
*We will meet at the Palace Station Hotel Casino In the Grand Cafe for breakfast at 9:00am for those of you who are early risers, from there we will head to the parking lot and roll out at 10:30.

Pricing:
Dyno: $60 3 pulls with Air/Fuel **Food and Beverages will be provided**
BBQ: $25 Includes Tee-Shirt +$5 if paying the day of event
Car Show: $15
Pole Position: $55
Hotel: The group rate will be $89 Fri/Sat, $69 Sunday (MINIMUM of 10 rooms) Palace Station Hotel Casino. If you are interested in a hotel room shoot me a pm.
Sign-up: This year we need everyone to pre-order two weeks prior to the event, the earlier the better. Shirts will be given out to all those who pre-order or pay for an extra shirt! If your schedule is difficult, and you are not sure if you are going to make it out till we get closer (like the week of) PLEASE contact me ASAP.
Proceeds will go towards a donation to the Southern Nevada Red Cross.
