Hello i just traded for a 94 3.4L camaro knowing it had problems b4 hand it had been seating fo rsome time and i ran what little old gas in it out and added 5gal on new gas and a can of sea foam injector cleaner also there is no cat on the car. It cranks and runs fine at ideal when cold but if the car gets under a load like up a big hill or you realy gas on it sounds like it cutting out runs realy rough and once the enigne id warm up it doesn''t want to crank unless you give it a little gas. there is no ses light on and i put a paper clip on A and B to pull codes but the ses light does not blink not even code 12 like it should. the ses light is good because it gomes on like it should just b4 starting the engine.

Please let me know if you have any ideas

thanks Jim

I see everone else is confussed on this problem also, but here is a update. I checked the TPS with a meter and it showed 4.56v with thottle closed and voltage drop as it was opened to full throttle so i replaced the tps and it is doing the same thing but voltage is 4.44 with throttle closed.

Also on the data log link where you short out pins A and B doesn''t one of them post to have 12V I am not getting any volts for A or B but i belive a is ground.

It seems to be some what better but it still studders when you gas on it, so i though i try a computer out of my friends junk 94 firebird with a 3.4L and was not sure if it would work because of the VATS but it ran the car but doing the same thing and still not getting code 12  when pulling code of the computer getting nothing at all.

Found the problem and here is the update. The TPS is working right i was measuring the wrong two wires. I got a friend that has a juck 94 firebird so he let me try diff parts of it.

things I changed that did not make a diff is

spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, TPS all these parts where bought New.

The problem was the coil packs not sure which one because i just replaced them all from the donner car.

There you go! I figured if we left you alone long enough, you would figure it out. Need help with anything else?

LOL! Thats funny. My question must have been I have had spark plugs do what I was having a problem with but never a coil pack. and as for the computer not giving me any codes not even the 12 code I read that a lot of 94s had a problem with this.
