That hood is Fiberglass, so either the hood is messed up or the fender is drooping. From the pictures that were posted it''s hard to say whether it''s a problem with the hood or the fender/front clip. It looks like it sits flush back closer to the windshield, but you would have to go and look at it to confirm and actually locate what''s causing the issue.

It would be an easy fix to readjust the gap. I can see more air between the drivers side of the hood and the headlight than on the passenger side. The whole hood is at an angle in the front. You would need to lower the latch just a little, and either lower the hood snubber on the drivers side, and/or raise the snubber on the passenger side to straighten it back out. But you have to wonder why it''s off to begin with. Is it just a bad fit in general, or was the nose tagged and the car quickly repaired by an amateur? Anyone with the slightest bit of bodywork experience wouldn''t have left it like that. Take a good look under the front of the car for any signs of repair too.

Saying how bad lights look on a car, and then offering to buy them for your own. You''re a saint, dude.

I would check to see that the car is really an SS. There have been a few around my for sale that are not really SS''s. The fact that the hood does not line up could be an indication of a poor hood swap.
