little update...
went to my friends house after wrok last nite.. she text me and asked were i was.. i told her she said ok ill b there shortly. she went to go pick up her friend, who talks to my frined and they show up.. we hang out for a while doing nuthing really.. its about 8pm and i said i had to go home real fast to get my soccer stuff for a 930 game i had (indoor) so i go in ma car and my friend and her friend were out in the street talking or watever.. when i get in my car she takes my keys and stuffs em in her poket.. then sits on my lap and sed she dnt want me to go.. she didnt want to stay alone. so we talk and she ended up driving me home in my car then back.. and before they finnally left she gave me a huge hug and kiss... then called me at like 1130 that night....... i think its going on my side

here''s what i''m going to say. sounds like the girl does like you and thinks about you yes, but who''s to say she doesn''t text and call the ex when you''re not around? i know plenty of girls that are like that and have been crapped on by my fair share of girls. i''ve also seen it where a girl and guy get together because two of their friends are hanging out. she thinks she''s really into it because she can hang out with her friend and the guy so its a win win. just be careful. i say see where it goes but the whole ex thing has to change. if she''s moved on then she needs to be open with EVERYONE that she''s into another guy. and trust me, i know exactly how to play the nice guy card. if i were you and you really want to show this girl that you''re a nice guy, have 3 red roses sent to her and write on the card soemthing like, "just thinking about you". girls love that crap. man, now i want to go after some girl, haha

i think nabout what if she is callin or texting the ex all the time.. and honestly im pretty sure they talk.. ive seen comments on myspace and he put up a pic of her on his page sayin he misses her and hes going to change.. so im sure her feelings for him are stronger than they are for mine.. so at this point i think im gnna go with the flow.. im nt going to try so hard to b with her.. is she wants to hang out she can tell me.. and im going to let her kno wy..
i dont wanna keep hangin out with her getting my hopes up then one day hear oh ya got back with the ex.. so im going to be up forward with her and tell her im going to h=give her time and space to think of what she wants..

If only she would give you some sort of signal that she likes you! 
Have you even asked her where she stands with the ex?
Just tell her that she''s giving you mixed signals and you need to know, or....
sneak her phone and read the TM''s, or...
...just have the ex whacked!!!!

well i know everyone is different but i went through the same thing, i was with a girl who just broke up with her ex, we ended up dating for like 7 months, it was almost the same situation, she talked to her ex behind my back and never told me, to make it worse she lived next door to him and she probably spent more time with him than with me, i say stay away cause you will end up getting hurt especially with an ex around there is gonna be drama

she gives me these signals all the time.. she talks to me more than she talk to the x.. i kno that for sure.
everytime we hang out.. we could just be talkni then she moves closer nd punches my stomack then just moves in and hugs me.. and she stays like that or a couple min while we still talk. there are tons of thing she does that make me think she does like me.. and well according to her she does.. i have asked her how she feels about me and i told her how i felt about her.. she said she is really starting to like me and she likes how im so easy going, nice and funny..
i aslo asked about the ex, she sed " i still have love for him but idk, im happier without him. i really care about him but the second time we got together things didnt feel the same as they were" so wat does that mean?????
