i dont think it will esepecially if its a stick, it just means he''''ll be cruising in 5th gear rather than 4th

sounds good

if you get the pulleys dont expect to get a super duper sound system or neons =]

and if you havent bought the lt4 hck yet, make sure you look around and check out other avenues, like comp cams etc. it all depends on what you want to come out of your car! and im sure you know, do the cam last after everything else

i wouldnt run 4.10s unless the car was  fully built and in the 11s, underdrive pulleys dont really do much

next id do valve train, heads+cam

just make sure you get your intake and exhaust fully done before you even think about getting 12s... once thats done do the suspension (important). and then do the internals..

intake-  ~$200
Headers- ~$300
Mid Pipe- ~150
Cat Back- ~$300
STB, LCAs, PHB, SFC- ~$600
Sway Bars, Anti Roll- ~$400-500
Heads (ported)- ~$1900 (depends where you go and how well you want it done)
Cam- ~$200-300
Valvetrain Parts- ~$400
Rear End- ~$2200
Computer Tune- ~$200
Dyno Tune- depends
After that you should be in the 12s if not,

Nitrous- ~$1100
Supercahrger- ~$5000
Turbo- ~$3000  <-(if you get that i dont believe you''ll need to do your exhaust)

I''d stay away from getting the LT4 intake.  It hasn''t proved to flow much better than the stock LT1 intake so you should use that money for something else.

all those suspension parts are neccessary sway bars and the panhard bar are more for handling and for ur exhaust get a cutout it actually took me from consistent 13.5s to consistent 13.3s wit it off drag radials are real important too

Go for Dynatech headers instead of the Pacesetters, they''re not that much more expensive compared to the coated Pacesetters and they''re a much better header.  If you''re planning on doing anything internal save your money from the Hypertech module and get a mail order tune from www.pcmforless.com

I agree with the previous statements though, check out a different cam, the LT4 HCK is pretty expensive for the performance you get.  The only difference between the LT4 inatke the the LT1 intake is that the LT4 intake''s runners are raised 0.10" to accomodate the LT4 heads, so don''t waste your money.  Underdrive pullies really aren''t going to get you anything unless you plan on racing with the A/C on.
