Only advantage to buying another is you can strip it and restore/rebuild it while you drive your car. I have been doing that myself. So far with all new ball joints, bushings, tierod ends, hoses, a set of original gm single piston disc brakes, new rotors and paint, I have at least 50 hours into it and spent about 900-1000 dollars. I am restoring a car to stock status and never considered an aftermarket unit. Sandblasted the frame and zinc primered with semigloss black paint. Bought a similar subframe to what your looking at for 125 intact with no restoration done.
