Congrats and be prepared to pay.  That could be a number of things.  Most likely.....  A "rapping/banging" noise is probably a spun rod bearing.  Ticking is more valve/lifter/push rod issues.  Whatever it is I recommend not running it until fixed.

Ouch, that''s no good at all. If you''re not a mechanic, I''d get it towed to a shop to have it looked at, don''t run it, there''s a possibility that it may get worse.

One of the things that gets damaged from over-revving is the valve train. I wouldn''t be surprised if you either bent a push rod, bent a valve, or snapped a rocker arm.

Doughnuts are cheaper at the store then the ones in the wet parking lot.  Let that be a expensive lesson for you.

when you do donuts, all the fluids (oil) goes to one side of the motor. you prolly blew up the motor.

Just keep in mind that very few stock engines can go to 7000 RPM without hurting themselves. By the way, what does it prove when you do dounuts?

I would have to hear the noise but you most likely streched the rods out of shape. If it is still running and does not have a lot of vibration I doubt you spun a bearing yet. If this is a 3.4 then the bottom is a weak point. I have seen its older sister (the 3.1) strech 5 of the 6 rods due to over rev-ing. Good new is the machine work to get it back running is cheap (rod resizing), bad news its a ton of labor to tear the engine down.
