 I dont know how things are in your state, but here in Nebraska if you stop that suddenly, you need to have a reason. Break checking people is illegal and the one in front will be responsible, it all depends on how it happened, and if the lady had any actual reason to suddenly stop. I woulda got her info too.

Status: online 		Well, she stopped for NO REASON (according to the man I hit). But I just found out that...I''m not covered by my insurance...even though my dad told me that I was ages ago and that I have an insurance card with my name on it...and they say I''m not covered and blah blah blah "I could have photoshopped it" or whatever because it''s not in their computers or however they do it. So this sucks

Did you have liablity Insurance only.
