Someone who adds numerous appearance mods only to make the car look worse. These can include (but are not limited to):
Body Kits.
Electric paint colors/bumpers a different color than the car.
Huge "fart can" mufflers that sound like weedwhackers/bumblebees.
Alteeza(chrome) taillights.
and of course a huge spoiler for all that incredible downforce they''re making.
These are usually import cars, but cavaliers seem to be riced alot. You''ll see an occasional older model V6 mustang or V6 camaro riced out, but those people deserve to die so you won''t see much of them.

the accourd doesnt look to bad. dump the exhaust ( throw some flowmaster on ) lose the wing but a smaller wing on, loose a door or two.

ricing seems to be no age limit. ive seen dudes from 30s to a guy like santa gettin farted. ive even seen a milf driving with dual farters.

but what i like about ricers is they think when they are infront of the light their in a race, haha.

ive never seen an old guy drivin somethin like that.
around here, most ricers are mexicans in there teens/early 20s
to tell you the truth though we dont have too many riced out cars where i live

damn bro down here its, every other car maxwelled. but on the good side ive seen more chicks hittin up v8s.

but the old dude was first driving a metro ( wheel spacers, maxwell, hood pins ) about a month ago i seen him in eaither a celica or a interaga with a maxwell.

but what i thought was funny while watching them was by the time they are getting into 3rd or leaving 3rd im getting out of first.
