After gutting the old wires ECU and fuel pump, what kind of wire harness will i need? Icant find a company that produces 3rd gen engine harness. who has some kind of info or has done this swap before?

You wont need any type of wiring harness.  Hopefully, you DID NOT remove the wires from the drivers side bulk head.  Those are your basic iginition wires, all you need to get that 350 running is a hot wire to the coil, hot wire to the alternator and one going from the alternator to the ignition hot block.  Battery cable from the hot side down to the starter, and the ignition wire from the left harness over to the starter solenoid, and assuming you have a fuel pump on the block.  She should run.

The great thing about carb swaps is you dont need all kinds of crazy wiring. A lot of street stock/super stock guys will only run there engines off of maybe 3-5 wires depending on set up. Your set up is a little bit diffrent since you have to deal with gauges, electronic ignition, Etc but if you know basic wiring and how to read a flow chart you should have know problems

what about my tranny. this is a 700r4 automatic now,  and i got another 700r4 to bolt on to the 350. the trans came out of a late 80''s van/ with the 350 i bought. Will i only need to swap out tail shafts on the trannies? will my camaro drive shaft fit properly? i dont want to convert it to a manual car- nxt project for sure.  what do you think?

Should be able to just swap the tail shaft housing.

You will also need something for the tranny lockup if you ever plan on driving it on the highway or interstate. I bought the TCI kit, but as said in my other posts, I would go with the painless kit if I were to do it again.

You are running a Torque Converter. I believe the 700r4 has the overdrive gear that is controlled by the computer

Well if it is an auto, I sure as hell hope you are running a TC.  If not you might run into some issues...
