After gutting the old wires ECU and fuel pump, what kind of wire harness will i need? Icant find a company that produces 3rd gen engine harness. who has some kind of info or has done this swap before?

You wont need any type of wiring harness. Hopefully, you DID NOT remove the wires from the drivers side bulk head. Those are your basic iginition wires, all you need to get that 350 running is a hot wire to the coil, hot wire to the alternator and one going from the alternator to the ignition hot block. Battery cable from the hot side down to the starter, and the ignition wire from the left harness over to the starter solenoid, and assuming you have a fuel pump on the block. She should run.

The great thing about carb swaps is you dont need all kinds of crazy wiring. A lot of street stock/super stock guys will only run there engines off of maybe 3-5 wires depending on set up. Your set up is a little bit diffrent since you have to deal with gauges, electronic ignition, Etc but if you know basic wiring and how to read a flow chart you should have know problems
