The door panel should have one or two screws located on the grip handle of the panel, if not, pop the door handle plate loose and pull it off, Pull up the door lock and electric window control panel and disconnect them from their harness's, in 98 they used plastic snappin pins all around the door panel there should be about 24 all the way around it. after the panel is off, disconnect the perimeter light on the panel. And there you go.

So I don't know much about Camaros as I'm working on my mom's car... But when I was trying to remove the door panel (after unscrweing the screws), The door lock seems to be stuck and not able to let go of the plate with the controls on it to (assuming power connectors where disconnected). The door lock doesnt seem to fit through the hole in the plate in other words. I'm assuming the door lock stays with the door and the panel just pops off after the controls are removed. Can someone give me a little help? btw, it's a 95 camaro.

To remove the door panel, you will need to remove about 3 or 4 screws around your window controls/door handle. After that, you should be able to lift up on the panel and pull it right out.
