I might have had a little, it was a brand new motor in that vid so the rings might not have been fully seated, plus it was not tuned so yes it was a tad rich.

sounds pretty good, better with glass packs I.M.O. how many motors have ya gone through?not really sure of life on a modified ls1

Thats the first one, I had a little problem with the nitrous kit and cracked the block and broke a piston. If you want to know about LS1's and how long they live try to find a vid og a called Juggernaught, he is in the 9's on a stock short block and went 10's with stock untouched heads. Oh yea glass packs suck

pretty quick time for the stock heads, guess it's all about technology, no one will ever convince me to go with nitros, but for me its all about old stuff, love carbs and glasspacks, nice car overall and great on video! you probably have more in your motor then i have in my whole car.

Oh I've done the old car thing as well, and I still enjoy them. The thing I like about the newer car is that I can go run low 12's (that's without nitrous) and still drive from here to Cali and get 25 mpg on the highway if wanted. Click the little camara under my avatar and check some of my old rides.

Sounds Great Dude. cant wait to get the 383 in my camaro with the Twin Prochargers. Still saving up tho, prochargers are friggen expensive.
