My windows don't go up or down. Is it the window regulator or the window motors ?

i have a 2000 too i jus replaced my motor in my driver side like 2 weeks ago and it works fine now.
does yours go up or down at all a little bit? When mine was going bad it started going really slow and only worked once in a while and only went up or down a little bit.

i would try that and ya you should be able to find one for cheap.
