i have a 89 rs 2.8 that has a gauge problem. they work until i turn on the left single light, and then my tack and oil pressure gauge go up and down. also whenever i turn my light switch to the left so my guages are supposed to get brighter at night, my tach redlines. the more i turn it to the left, the higher my tach goes. i have a friend with the same problem in his iroc . i have already replaced the light switch, and it hasnt helped. i think it may be a bad ground somewhere, because single lights work off the ground, but im really not sure. if somebody has any information, please email me at paul33513@aol.com, joshdesormo60@hotmail.com, or call me at 352-603-2156, my name is josh. i will deeply appreciate it.

those guages work from a power source. Try to consult a wiring diagram and find out the problem.

Hmmm...a response to a "one post wonder" from almost four years ago? I wonder if that jdrs is ever going to come back for the answer so he can get those gauges fixed?
