Today, Joshua Hernandez from Houston, Texas at yhe NHRA Southern Nationals in Atlanta, Georgia drove His 1968 Camaro Pro Mod to an ET of 5.97 at 241.28 miles per hour. I think that qualifies as the quickest and fastest 1/4 mile for a Camaro.

What about the funny car Camaros, if you can call them Camaros. They run the 1/4 in about 4.5 seconds at around 330 MPH.
