LOL Those weren't carbs, but barn door fuel injector with two 4"X 5" throttle bodies. Stick your fingers in there and risk getting them crushed by the blower. Fuel pump increased pressure as engine speed went up. ET was turned on a concrete runway at closed airport near Montgomery, NY.
