Not that old, prolly 1960 vintage, just a small 4" cube .Only worked on bright sun. LOL Those weren't carbs, but barn door fuel injector with two 4"X 5" throttle bodies. Stick your fingers in there and risk getting them crushed by the blower. Fuel pump increased pressure as engine speed went up. A/F ratio was guessed at by looking at color of spark plug tip at end of run, and adjusted by changing the size of the fuel return restrictor.
