Not to compete with Z28pete''s post.  Here are some sites that provide info for common questions from; ''do I have a real ss?'' to ''What size and year engine do I have?''.
The below sites do not contain everything you will need to know but it is a good start.  If there is something that you still need help with please ask.  There is alot of knowledge here at Camaro Forums.
