By the look of the pictures and other threads looks like you have a really nice car. The Z28 had a 302 motor instead of a bigger 350. It was actually a 327 block with a 283 crank. In 1969 the Z28 RPO had : Dual exhausts, emblems, special rear and front suspention, rear bumper guards, heavy duty radiator and temp controlled fan, quick ration steering, 15X7 wheels, E70X15 white letter tires, stripes on hood and rear deck lid, 4 speed manual tranny, front disk brakes (could come with 4 wheel disk as well). Those are the major differances. I recommend www.rickscamaro.com for most of the parts and sheet metal. Also there are some stickies pinned to the top that have usefull info in them. A reputable yet large book store might have some tech manuals, otherwise try e-bay for a chiltons manual. Have fun!
