Im wanting to get a new hood for my 95 camaro 3.4l and before anybody says anything about copying a ss or its a v6 so why bother. so if thats all your going to say plesae dont post. im thinking of gettin a 2in cal hood i dont really like the 4in because i dont think it would flow good with the car and if not that then an ss hood i really like the way they make the car look. so give me some opinions and how hard are they to install?

i would look into a glass carbon fiber hood, yea they may be for tuners but they look clean, or carbon fiber hood

i got a 94 so just have to take of the shocks that keep your hood open, then take out the 4 bolts that actually connect your hood, then just reverse the process to put another hood back on

'glass and carbon fiber are two totally different things.

the problem with carbon fiber is that once you get it, that's it, you can't really do any bodywork to it. if you go that route(which I think is a waste of money for a few reasons) you would want to be extra careful.

a lot of people make carbon fiber parts for lots of cars and the quality sucks. you should definitely see one installed on a car, in person, and find out who made it before purchasing to save yourself a lot of grief
