1993 z28 i just got this car today i put a new battery in it and now the dashligts and flasher wont stop when car is running i looked the the owners manual it dosnt have the orig radio.so i cant reset it with that... any help please

I would have to say that you will be best to take it to a dealership and let them figure it out. When I changed the battery in my 02 SS the gauges, lights, and radio wouldn't work all my car would do was crank and drive. I took it to a dealership and it took them 10 minutes to fix it and didn't charge me a thing. I did have the stock radio though, but as long as the PCM was changed they should be able to fix it.
