I have a crate 400 bored out to 406,Kieth Black forged internals, eldlebrock air gap intake, with a holley 700cfm double pumper waiting to be transplanted into the camaro.  My question is what distributor to use. I currently have a 350 in the camaro now, can I just use the one in it now on the other engine?

Yes, all small blocks use the same distribuitors.  If you are using a solid roller cam, it will need a bronze bushing, but I am guessing you are not.  Just put your old one in

It has a comp extreme energy cam in it. I forgot what lift. I will have to call my builder of the engine.
