i just did a gen 3 hott cam 1.6 rollers and valve springs now the car runs like **** stalls and some kind of a grinding going on and tranny no shift litle help

i think it would be your timming but that dosent say any thing about your grinding...

depending on how big of cam you put in it you might need a stall converter....not sure about the grinding, did you break the cam in before you started to drive it

You are not giving us much to go on. But I think you should check the valave adjustment. Then find out where the grinding is coming from. And, finally, pull the timing cover check the cam timing and make sure all the stuff is turning freely. Don't know why changing a cam keeps your transmission from shifting, unless you did something to it.
